Two steps and you're on the schedule
Before you book
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Yes — we connect to your outdoor water spigot and a standard outlet. Everything else (equipment, products, towels, supplies) is on us. The booking form asks about your water and power access so we arrive set up for your exact spot.
How long does a detail take?
Level 0 runs about 1–1.5 hours. Level 1 is typically 2.5–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Level 2 can run most of a day. Your booking confirmation shows your exact time block.
Why is there a deposit?
The deposit holds your time slot and comes straight off your final price. It's how we keep the schedule reliable for everyone.
What if it rains?
We'll reach out and reschedule you to the next available slot at no charge. Your deposit carries over.
Do you handle pet hair, stains, and odors?
Yes — that's Level 2 territory, or add pet hair removal and odor treatment to any service. Heavy soiling is quoted on-site before we start. No surprises.
